Research for Business Deals

Delegate it supported an important client who wanted to realize a collaboration with a major player in the event and leisure market, but had no direct access.  Delegate it was given the task to gather as much background information as possible concerning the most important decision makers of the company.  Delegate it carried out a search and provided contact data such as names and direct telephone numbers of the relevant Secretaries/Personal Assistants, thereby ensuring direct contact.  We also provided our client with some background information on the relevant Directors, enabling a favourable initial meeting.

Organization during Events/Conferences

Delegate it regularly provides the hospitality during conferences, events and presentations, taking all operational matters out of your hands.  For example, for a large international company Delegate it took care of all purchasing, travel and dinner reservations for foreign guests, arrangement of international car hire and in general ensured the 'smooth running' of the stand during the International Broadcasting Convention (IBC) held in the Rai in Amsterdam.  The IBC is one of the world's largest conferences in the field of creation, content management and delivery of electronic media for the entertainment industry.

Gift Purchasing and Coordination

Another client gave Delegate it the assignment to come up with a business gift, to design and bring to a realizable conclusion.  In consultation with the client the choice was made for silver cufflinks inlaid with a sample of the clients product.  For this assignment Delegate it approached several silversmiths, whereby two made proposals for design, plus gave an indication of production and packaging costs.  The result is a unique, handmade gift with cachet, at limited cost. The gifts will be delivered to our client wrapped and ready to be given away, they can also be easily reordered.
